Truth behind infosys

Infosys is driven by E docet (a repository for uploading document) and powered by onsite,The major facts about laterals/freshers joining infosys is like:-
1. If you joined on an particular domain then you are not sure that you will be working on the same domain. May be they can ask you to work on any other domain which is new to you which is no where related to either the experience you have gained till now or the training which you have taken in the training time in infosys.
2. If you are on bench for a term that is equivalent to your probation period then your confirmation is solely dependent on E-docket which is a repository where you upload all the documents.
3. Regarding 9.15 hrs average time, HR's and the top official says that we are so ethical that we want to bill the client based on the hrs which we have worked so we have applied the policy of 9.15 hrs, they should know the ethical way in which Infosys people complete there hrs, through gym, yoga or cafeteria and moreover if quarterly average of 9.15 hrs is not maintained by the employees they deduct leave or CASH from employees but the so called "ethical" company is ever returning the money to clients.
4. If you dont like the work that is assigned to you and if you ask your manager or someone for work change then the first thing they say is that this project has onsite also. I really dont know how quality of work and onsite
are related.
5. The employee friendly company will ask employees to upload the scanned copy of the all the documents and other things in E-docket but the number of scanners are only8-10 in the whole Bangalore-DC on a total strength of 24000. you can find queue every time in front of scanner, even that helps sometime to complete the average hrs.
6. The most important thing is the quality of work, the quality of work they do is really pathetic, For most of the clients they do such work that cant be considered even OK, and for this they dont have any solution also.
7. There is a section of asking question to there CEO in the intranet, the major questions that are answered are HI-Fi brand image of infosys and something like that the relevant questions about some policy thing which they dont have any solution they wont answer even the question is more relevant then the HI-FI brand image.
8. Regarding onsite opportunity, first thing that is required is that you should be close to your seniors, in that case you will be sent onsite from any project.
9. Regarding retaining the employee, if you are working in infosys from 4-5 years also they will not try to retain you at all only thing they can ask is that to complete the notice period.
PLEASE CONSIDER THE ABOVE THINGS BEFORE JOINING INFOSYS.
